Our Products

The P. H. Glatfelter Company is a manufacturer of printing papers, tobacco papers and other specialty papers. These papers are produced at our three mills located in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, Pisgah Forest, North Carolina, and Neenah, Wisconsin.

Each type of paper we create is produced from at least one of three basic raw materials - virgin wood fibers, deinked waste paper fibers and flax straw.

What makes us different from the larger papermakers? The answer is simple. We've been able to develop papers and product service that evolve with the marketplace. Over the years, we've served "niche" markets with papers tailored to a customer's specific needs. In fact, you may find some of these special papers in products you've used, such as fiction and nonfiction books, dictionaries, bibles, postage stamps, playing cards, designer shopping bags and disposable hospital gowns.
